About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Patient Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients - helping them feel heard, understood, and ready to book treatment. You'll use a consultative sales approach to guide conversations, answer questions, and secure appointments that drive real results for our partnered clinics.

This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. We're looking for someone who is:

• Strong, confident phone presence with clear communication

• Empathetic listener with a consultative, patient-first mindset

• Comfortable following scripts while keeping conversations natural

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare preferred

• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm leads who’ve shown interest in clinic services

• Qualify prospects using a proven script and internal training

• Confirm deposits and appointment times

• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM

• Communicate with internal teams and clinic staff to ensure a smooth handoff

• Follow up with leads via phone, text, or email where needed

• Sales background in health is a major plus.
